Hey guys, I hope you are well. I thought I’d kick off this week with some new and different content to the blog. I am going share with you my current skin care routine. I have a friend who prides herself in just washing her face with water. Sadly for some of us not having a routine or using the correct products would be disastrous.
Step 1: Always Cleanse Your Face Gently
Step 2: Exfoliate – there are two ways of doing this:
- Chemical – using products that get slightly deeper into the skin to remove dead skin. I like to use the B Revealed glycollic cleansing peel. using the glycollic cleansing peel you will be promoting new skin cells to generation prepping you for you glow up season
- Physical – this is when you use products that contain beads or grains to exfoliate the skin by removing the surface layer. I like to use Garnier Charcoal scrub and my personal favourite is Garnier Daily Exfoliating Scrub. It unclogs pores effectively and targets those nasty spots and blackheads.
Step 3: TREAT: I have used the SOS Balm by NSPA and I love it because it does all the following: -Treats, Nourishes, Softens, Relieves, Protects and Renews dead skin cells. For a more youthful looking skin, treat your face with Vitamin C –it also fades any marks you might have.
Step 4: MOISTURISE: I like to use the NSPA Brightening Cream during the day and I use the Night Repair Cream this creams helps to strengthen and protect skin cells. Giving you a more youthful glow when you wake up. Always use a moisturiser that works best for your skin, to regain all the moisture lost during the treating process.
Also do not forget to drink 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day. I prefer lemon water it, makes it more exciting over drink plain water. I hope the tips I have shared with you will help you to get the glow before summer. Later on this week I will share with you my all-time favourite face masks.
